Check In/Out:
Check in time is 3pm or later. Check out time is 11am. Please - no early arrivals or late checkouts.
Special Rates:
Mondays (except holidays) &
Tuesdays - stay two nights with a 25% discount.
Reservations:
To make a reservation 14 days or more prior to your arrival you must provide your Visa or MasterCard number. A confirmation will then be sent to you to sign and return to The Bed and Breakfast on Knopp School Road. The reservation is not confirmed until we receive the signed confirmation.
To make a reservation within 14 days of your arrival you must provide your Visa or MasterCard number . A confirmation will then be faxed to you and it must be signed and faxed back within 24 hours of making the reservation.
Note: 10 days prior to your arrival your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total amount of your stay. At checkout time if you wish to pay by check or cash the pre-authorized sum will then be released from your credit card.
Cancellation fee:
A $10 handling fee is automatically charged to your credit card if your reservation is cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival. If we receive notice less than 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged for the entire stay reserved. If you made your reservation within the 14 day period prior to your arrival, and you must cancel it you will be charged a $10 fee if we receive notice within 24 hours after making the reservation. If you cancel after the 24 hour period you will be charged for the entire stay.
